I am a hands-on, committed Human Resource professional with over 6 years progressive experience 3 years in Automotive Industry and 3 years in Manufacturing industry. I can drive and achieve the highest business delivery standard through the various arms of Human resource such as; managing employee relations, recruitment and onboarding, performance management processes, policy formulation and implementation amongst others. Having worked with various organizations, I have been able to harness the skill and art of implementing policies, handling employee grievances, recruitment, use of Human Resource Information System and managing employees’ day to day operations. Exclusive of my work experience, I am a dependable and an organized team player with the ability to communicate effectively and efficiently.
With excellent attention to detail and strong business acumen, I am diplomatic and supportive to team members and I possess quality communication skills with ability to make strong analytical decisions in relation to employees. I am a sociable person who can work well within a team but also able to delegate firmly and cope well under pressure.
